She is survived by: her parent Sarah Spagnolo (Caroleo); her children, Harold D., Butch and Bethany Kramer Koneski (Edward) of Houston; her grandchildren, Amanda Rowles, Ashley Cramer, Kiley Turner (Jon) and Nicholas Kramer; her great grandchildren, Bailey Rowles, Maliha Barney, Tytun Barney, Kendall Cokain and Blake Cokain; and her brother Raymond Spagnolo of Greensburg.
