She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Cassick (Collar) and John Cassick; and her husband James H. Gillingham Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Marie; her siblings, Peggy Starr of New York, Evelyn Graham of Egypt, PA, Leonard Cassick of New York and James Cassick of New York; her son James H. Gillingham Jr. (Dora Raye) of Clearfield; her grandchildren, Jamie 'Angel Rudy (Jason) of Clearfield and Dustin 'Boo Gillingham (Kristin 'Kozy') of Clearfield; her great grandchildren, Aidan Rudy of Clearfield, Madeline 'Maddie Rudy of Clearfield, Aspen Rudy of Clearfield and Evie 'Baby Girl Gillingham of Clearfield; and her siblings, Hilda Gillingham of Clearfield and Francis Cassick of Mineral Springs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and friends.
