He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Elinsky and Mary Elinsky; his wife Ruth Elinsky (Lockett); his children, Ed Elinsky, James Elinsky and Cindy Elinsky; and his siblings, Ann, Nick, Ted, Mary Jane and Katherine.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Pelton (Dean Fetters) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Garry Douglas Pelton Jr. (Becky) and Nanette Pelton (Duane) of Clearfield; his great grandchildren, Trey, Erin, Steven and Gabrielle; his sister Helen Traister of Melbourne Beach, FL; his nieces, Paula Gaetano of Pittsburgh, Rose Bloom of Clearfield and Judy Rafferty; his stepson Roger Hamm (Diane); and his stepgrandsons, Aaron and Nathan Hamm.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Faith Bible Church, 398 Grandview Road, Curwensville, PA 16833; or to the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, 113 North Third Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
