She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hollinsworth and Marian Hollinsworth (Cameron); her husband Allen M. Butler Sr.; and her brother Raymond Hollinsworth. She is survived by: her children, Lynne A. Butler (John Fales), Allen M. Butler Jr. (Jackie) of Clearfield, Grant H. Butler (Lynne), Leslie B. Nevarez (Edward) and Scott C. Butler; and her brothers, Lawrence Hollinsworth (Barbara) and Bruce Hollinsworth (Judy). She is also survived by six grandchildren; twenty five great grandchildren.
