She is survived by: her parent Hoppy; her child Edward Neeper, Jr.; her wife Lorie (Jeannie) of Curwensville; her sisters, Elizabeth Kephart and Thelma Maines; and also, Earl Neeper (Annette) of Clearfield, Brenda Sloppy (Gerald) of Ansonville, Anita Voss (Donald) of Manassa, VA, Tina Neeper of Clearfield and Brian Neeper of Butler. She is also survived by grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
