She was predeceased by: her father Henry G.; her husband Charles DeHaven Smith; her son C. Thomas Smith; and her sisters, Alice Abbott and Ruth Chesaro.
She is survived by: her son Terence 'Terry Lee Smith (Constance) of Clearfield; her grandchildren, Christian Smith, Wendy Thomas, Benjamin Smith, Bethany Smith, Angie Smith, Derek Smith and Nichole Smith; and her sister Helen Shumaker of Natrona Heights. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
