She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bush and Mary Bush (Smeal); her husband Bernard Kephart; and her siblings, Edna M. Carr, Carl A. Bush, Raymond M. Bush, Leo D. Bush and John J. Bush.
She is survived by: her siblings, Eldarene E. Clark of Tonawanda, NY, Melvin Eugene Bush (Kathryn) and Herman S. Bush (Margaret) of Tonawanda, NY. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
