He was predeceased by: his father Allen A. Rowles; and his daughter Jane Ann Rowles Nouhra. He is survived by: his wife Sibbie E. Rowles (Baer); his sons, Gary Rowles (Patty) of Clearfield and Mark Rowles (Debbie) of Albemarle, NC; his son-in-law Eid Nouhra of Lewes; his sister Elaine Rowles of Glen Richey; and his grandchildren, Allyn Rowles Smith, Addisen Rowles, Cameron Nouhra and Eid Nouhra.
