He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Collins and Evelyn Collins (Marsh); and his brother Joe Collins. He is survived by: his wife Penny L. Collins (Johnson); his children, Amber Johnson of DuBois, PA, Ashley Collins of Kylertown, PA, Daniel Collins (Amber) of DuBois, PA and Dennis Collins, Jr. of DuBois, PA; and his brothers, Robert Collins (Sue) of Clearfield, PA, Mark Collins of Clearfield, PA, Larry Collins (Cheryl) of Clearfield, PA, William Collins (Brenda) of Clearfield, PA and Russell Collins (Heather) of Clearfield, PA. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
