He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mignot and Wava Mignot (Williams); and his stepdaughter Vanessa Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne E. Mignot (Fulmer); his daughters, Shelley Shimmel of Curwensville and Beth Rogers (John) of Clearfield; his stepdaughter Melissa Fulmer; and his sister Shirley Turner of Mifflinburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
