He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Polkinghorn and Helen Polkinghorn (Peterman); and his wife Barbara B. Polkinghorn (Bauman). He is survived by: his son Christopher Polkinghorn (Francessca) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Christopher Polkinghorn and Skyler Polkinghorn of Harrisburg; and his sisters, Sharon Polkinghorn and Diane Polkinghorn (Shaffer).
