He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sr. Leggs and Frances E. Leggs (Lida); his wife Margaret Leggs; his daughter Tina Louise Leggs; and his siblings, Jonathan Leggs, William Leggs, Shirley Davenport, Willa Mae Keith Scoggins and Anna E. Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Lawrence J. Kelly II and Charlene Leggs; and his brother Ralph 'Bo Leggs. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and numerous great grandchildren.
