She was predeceased by: her parent Harry Hahn Hinks; her brother Tommy Winsett of Lebanon; and her sister-in-law Pat Winsett of Elizabethtown. She is survived by: her parent Edna Louise Dowd (Hooven); her husband Dean R. Owens; her stepmother Nancy Hinks of Mt; her children, Robert Smith-Walker of Clearfield, Christopher Smith (Nikki) of Clearfield, Jason Owens (Nichole) of Hyde and Wendy English (Tony) of Clearfield; her grandchildren, Khorey Smith (Lisa) and Kayla English; her great grandchildren, Cooper, Luke and Dominic; her half-siblings, Barbara Ann Crawford-Brown of Columbia, Joan Warner (Rick) of Columbia and John Winsett (Tammy) of York; her stepsiblings, Alma Soult (Ben) of Mt, Bonnie Malone (Herb) of Elizabethtown, Marilyn Hake (Timothy) of Columbia, Jesse Winsett (Beverly) of Lebanon and Rick Winsett of Elizabethtown; and also Joy. She is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews; 69 great nieces and nephews; and 15 great great nieces and nephews.
