She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay R. Miller and Betty Miller (Wagner); and her brother-in-law Edward Hudson. She is survived by: her fiancé Larry E. Leigey of Clearfield; her son Clint R. Horm of Clearfield; her grandchildren, Christopher, Ericka, Caleb, Josiah and Alexis Horm; her great grandchildren, Bryson, Addison and Dawson; her siblings, Bonnie Johnson (Charles) of Clearfield, Jennifer Hudson of Clearfield and Jay R. 'Rick Miller Jr. (Jean) of Mechanicsburg; her nieces, Tiffany Irwin of Clearfield, Jessica Hudson-Szlasa of Clearfield and Wendy Stoner of Mechanicsburg; and her stepchildren, Scott Gilbert (Stacey), Chris Leigey (Melanie), Joey Lenhart (Erina), Angel Leigey (Brad Peters), Levi Leigey and Annie Leigey (Eric Emigh). She is also survived by eighteen step grandchildren and four step great granchildren.
