He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Owens and Amelia Owens (Voinchet); and his brother Shawn Owens. He is survived by: his siblings, Dean Owens of Clearfield, Anita Poust (Richard) of Williamsport, Mike Owens (Carol) of Clearfield and Lisa Picard (Dean Auen) of Frenchville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
