Welker of Clearfield, Pennsylvania, born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert G. Luce; her husband William J. Welker II; and her sister Joyce Lowe. She is survived by: her mother Margaret A. Luce (Bigelow) of Clearfield; her children, Michele Bloom (Francis Haversack) of Hyde, Gerald Bloom Jr. (April) of Sugarland, TX and Charles Bloom (Sherri) of Clearfield; her stepchildren, William J. Welker III (Cassandra Nicholson) and Jessica Wallace (Curt); and her siblings, R. Paul Luce (Sue) of Mesquite, TX, William Luce (Cheryl) of Aiken, SC and Judy Alex (Dan) of Mechanicsburg. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
