She was predeceased by: her parents, George N. Wink and Alice Wink (Wise); her husband Edward L. Bloom; her son Gary Boalich; her grandsons, Bradley Boalich, Jr. and Andy Frame; her sister Anna Mae Bietz; and her son-in-law Bobby Carns III.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Geppert of Clearfield, Rod Boalich of Clearfield, Brad Boalich of Clearfield, Pam Carns of Clearfield and Krista Frame (Gil) of Coudersport; her sisters, Elsie Bloom of Glen Richey, Shirley Hamer (Ashley) of York and Norma Jean Wink of Curwensville; and her stepchildren, Tracey Davis of Clearfield, Brad Bloom (Ellen) of Orange Park, FL, Terri Kurtz (Randy Wilsoncroft) of West Decatur, Andrea Hockenberry of Curwensville and John Bloom (LeAnne) of Macon, GA. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
