She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert O. Blackburn and Helen Blackburn (Hoover); her husband Donald R. Mikesell; her grandson Michael Thomas Mikesell; and her siblings, Ruth Bloom, Mary Lippert Thorp, Samuel, Robert, James and Richard Blackburn.
She is survived by: her children, Jon C. Mikesell (Sue), Warren B. Mikesell, II (Kim), Annette D. Mikesell (Lloyd Dahlem), Kimberly S. Colavecchi, Robert B. Mikesell (Courtney) and Janell K. Danielson (Chris); her grandchildren, Stephanie Hankins (Spencer), Claire, Paige, Luke Mikesell, Warren Mikesell, III, Breann Kipple (Adam, Kymberly), Levi Sanchez, Michaela, Carly, Cross Colavecchi, Raegan, Derrick Mikesell and William Danielson; and her siblings, Esther M. Neeper, Catherine Goodlin and Thomas Blackburn.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society of Clearfield at 26 S. 2nd Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
