We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2022, at the age of 27, Alyssa Lynn Ortman of Clearfield, Pennsylvania, born in Ware, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Khaleesi; her brother Christopher Alan Ortman; and her grandfathers, Raymond Martincheck, Sr. and Toby Ortman. She is survived by: her parents, Steven Ortman of Ashland, WI and Ginger Urbanik (Jim) of Clearfield; and her grandmothers, Mary Kay O'Brien (Donn McCarthy) and Barbara Smith. She is also survived by three nieces and one nephew; a sister-in-law; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
