He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert E. Walker and Gladys O'Wesney Walker; and his sisters, Dorothy Walker Unkefer and Virginia Walker Wilenius. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Peterson Walker; his children, Linda Walker Wilkerson and Del Walker; and his grandchildren, Joseph Wilkerson (Kathie), Lori Wilkerson Hilliard (Bruce), Scott Wilkerson (Sharon), Barry Walker (Michelle) and Kelly Walker. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks friends and family to donate to the charity of their choice in Mr. Walker's memory.
