Mersky (Denise) of Collegeville, PA, Richard B. Mersky of Claysville and Patricia L. Mersky of Claysville, PA; his grandchildren, Jordan G. Mersky, Chelsea Koryak, Christopher Koryak, Andrew Koryak, Kailee Koryak, Glenn L. Mersky, Leland Mersky and Richard C. Mersky; his great grandchild Lacey Mersky; his brother Steve Mersky (Virginia); his niece Margie Mersky; his pet Beau; and his caregivers, Bridget Ringer and Samantha Rockwell.
