He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Sprowls and Marjorie Walker Hancher (late D. O. Hancher). He is survived by: his spouse Judyth A. "Judi" Durbin; his daughter Lisa A. Dutton (Jeffrey) of Claysville; his siblings, Joseph Hancher (Diana) of Georgia and Debra Ely of Washington; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Dutton, II (Amanda), Zachary Sprowls (Alisa), Nathan Dutton (Molly) and Taylor Dutton (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Brayden Sprowls and Laikynn Dutton; his daughter-in-law Jody Sprowls; his pet Milo; his son David Wray Sprowls; and his siblings, Jean Scott, Betty Moore and Ralph Sprowls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
