It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Patnesky of Claysville, Pennsylvania, born in Upper Saint Clair, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wesley Hileman (Tanya) of Venetia and Cheryl Barish Wardle (Larry) of Washington; her pet Gnarly; her husband Bryan Patnesky; her grandfather Joseph Barish of Bulger; and her sisters, Ashley and Olivia Hileman of Venetia. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
