She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas B. Harkins and Patricia R. Miller Harkins. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Waugaman; her children, Kelly Truax (Jeff) of Washington, Raymond Mongelli (Melissa) of Pittsburgh and Dustin Waugaman of Claysville; her siblings, Joseph Harkins of Pittsburgh, Linda Elk (Ed) of Pittsburgh, Nancy Mutschler (Boomer) of Pittsburgh, Donna Dunner (Rich) of Pittsburgh and Elizabeth Harkins of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Paige, Jordan Sanders, Tyler and Benjamin Waugaman; and her brother Thomas R. Harkins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
