Shape; his sons, Joe (Ashley) and Terry (Lindsey); his grandsons, Colt, Eli and Arlo; his siblings, John (Kate), Jim (Darlene), Sue Yaworski (Bruce) and Dawn Greenleaf (Justin); and his former wife Theresa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
