He is survived by: his parent Pauline Brager Mlatnik; his spouse Crystal Goslin; his children, Timothy Mlatnik (Lisa) of Carnegie, James Lindley of Claysville, Jennifer Mlatnik of Washington, Amy Mlatnik of Washington, Marcie Campbell (Robert) of Avella and Lakisha Bariteau (Michael) of Conroe, TX; his siblings, Tom Mlatnik of Avella, Barbara Smith (Jerry) of Jonesboro, LA and Paula Leif (Glen) of Raleigh, NC; and his grandchildren, James, Justin, Corey Mlatnik, Elizabeth, Robert, Payton Campbell, Nathan Lindley, Corbyn Bariteau and Leland Bariteau.
