With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Esther E. (Breese) Varner Thomas of Claysville, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 11, 2023 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Breese and Alice Breese (Mounts); her spouse Donzil K. Varner; her former husband Gerald Thomas; her daughters, Daunice Kaye Varner and Delinda Fisher; her grandchildren, Victoria Whitney and Joshua Fisher; and her siblings, Estella Martin, Robert "Bob" Breese, Duane Breese and Patricia "Tish" Westwood.
She is survived by: her daughter Dianna Varner of Claysville; her grandchildren, Steven "Joey" Perez (Nicole) of Los Lunas, NM, William Fisher (Kate) of Bentleyville, Kenneth Fisher (Amy) of Freeport, FL, Benjamin Fisher (Anne) of Locust Grove, GA, Danielle Gallo (John) of Washington, Duran Perez (Shelly) of Peblo West, CO and Elizabeth Varner (Jimmy Milligan) of Claysville; and her siblings, Laura Main (Jerry) of Claysville, Dorothy Clark (Gary Morehead) of Lake Milton, OH and Shirley Lindley (Frank) of Apache Junction, AZ. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
