He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Hopkins and Sarah King Hopkins; and his wife Gloria J. Revella. He is survived by: his son Walter B. Hopkins of Claysville; his sister Margaret Louise (Gary); his nieces, Leslie Thornburg Alexas (Steve), Darcy Thornburg McCrerey (Chad) and Kristi Hopkins Phelix (Mike); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaity Brach, Stavros Alexas, Dylan, Tyler McCrerey, Zachary, Luke Thornburg, Parker and Adissyn Phelix; his brother Alan Hopkins; and his nephew Ryan Hopkins.
