He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Whitlatch and Joyce Davis Whitlatch. He is survived by: his daughters, Nichole Whitlatch (Justin Miller) of Charlotte and Rebecca Whitlatch of Fort Campbell, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Ethen, Justin Jr., Dominic, Kaydanse, Lylah and Emerson.
