She was predeceased by: her sister Marilyn Dixon. She is survived by: her husband Marvin E. Whitacre; her stepchildren, Stacey Branson (Link) and Sara Clark (Thomas); and her siblings, Pat Young, Cheryl Glass, Joan Donella and Russ McElravy, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
