He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald E. Clutter and Opal Mankey Clutter; his spouse Carmen Montine Gilbert; his children, Michael of Claysville and Tina of Waynesburg; his sister Sharon Pitchford (Jim); his sisters-in-law, Zenia Gilbert of Waynesburg and Carolyn Hixenbaugh of Claysville; and his close friend Dennis Angott.
