He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren H. Tipton and Kaythern Tipton (Hibbard); his sisters, Patty Sims and Franky Webb; his sister-in-law Donna; his son-in-law Donny Clawson; his nephews, Kelly and David Jr.; and his pets, Baby and Gypsie.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Walter; his children, Barbara "Barb" Long, Warren C., Lisa Pier (Joe), Nicole, Nikki and DeGennaro (Jeff); his grandchildren, Shannon Long (Jim), Shane Warren Long (Autumn), Zachary Pier, Paige, Taylor and Alexander DeGennaro; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Long, Natalie Long and Baby Himes; his brothers, Ed, Larry (Marilyn), Gary (Carol), Dave (Cindy) and Steve (Tina); and also Allen Deffibaugh.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Central PA Humane Society.
