She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Betty Louise Noel (Dixon) and Regis John Noel; her husband Howard Raymond Williams; her children, Charles Regis Williams of North Hampton and Rebecca Ann Williams of Altoona; her stepchildren, Donald Lee Williams of Pottstown, Mark Howard Williams (Donna) of Claysburg, Nancy Lou Stone (Russell) of Altoona and Jacqueline Louise Dively (George) of Altoona; her siblings, James R. Noel of Altoona, Ellen Flickingher of Altoona, Janet Noel of Altoona and Sandy Noel of Altoona; and her stepson David Alan Williams. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
