He is survived by: his wife Leona Fawks; his children, Marlene Louise Whitsel, Rebecca Ann Fawks and Samuel David Fawks; and his siblings, Loretta Harr, Dorothy Fawks, Mary Fawks, Diane Fawks, Daniel, Doug, Richard and David Fawks. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
