He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin "Sadie" Dively and Nellie Dively; and his siblings, Jean Markley, Kathryn McCaulley, Charles Paul and Robert Dively.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Fowler; his daughters, Ronda Dively of East Freedom, Melissa Lash (Bill) of Warriors Mark and Danelle Dively of Lemont; and his grandchildren, Jarred Dively (Cynthia), William, Zachary and Christopher Lash.

He was a member of Trout Unlimited and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
