It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary M. Strayer of Claysburg, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 5, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry A. Hammel and Eleanor M. Hammel (Hess); her husband Robert V. Strayer Sr.; her son Robert V. Strayer Jr.; and her great grandchild Tyler Strayer.
She is survived by: her children, Debby Strayer (Bob), Allen Strayer and Lloyd Strayer (Sandy); her grandchildren, Crockett, Lauren, Elizabeth, Michele and Mark; and her great grandchild Landon. She is also survived by her family and grandchildren and going on trips with her daughter.
