She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cone and Margaret Fragale; her husband David W. Frank; and her daughter Cathy Skoubis. She is survived by: her daughters, Rose Casanova of New Jersey, Erica Putz of Chicago, Ranate Putz of Damascus, MD and Jennifer Thomas of Willowbrook, IL. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and several siblings.
