It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lottie Walters of Claysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Milford Tipton and Vergie M. Tipton (Dively); and her son Clint A. Eicher of Claysburg.
