She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughey "Yock" Weyandt and Rebecca Weyandt (Stine); and her siblings, Larry "Sonny", Charles "Benny" and Sally.
She is survived by: her husband Rodney L. Clemens Sr.; her children, Rodney Jr. (Danielle) of Claysburg, Adam (Kimberly S.) of Claysburg, Kristin Poole (Sean) of Burlington, NC and Kimberly J. Showalter (Tyler) of Roaring Spring; her grandchildren, Delaney, Jaden, Riley, Samantha, Mackenzie, Emily, Matty, Londyn, Sutton and Heath; and her siblings, Hughey "Bobby" Weyandt (Carole), Cloyd "Butch" (Carol) and Vicki Claycomb (Donald "Flitch").
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
