He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blair and Belva Blair (Brown); his brother Bernard; and his grandson Colton. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith; his children, Jeffrey (Lisa) of Roaring Spring, Michael (Shelly) of Claysburg, Melisa Cox (Keith) of Claysburg and Amanda Brown (Earl) of Claysburg; and his pet Snickers. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
