He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Earl and Ethel F. Miller (Fleck); his wife Helen I. Harr; and his siblings, Betty Weyandt, Evelyn Lingenfelter, Verna Tremmel and Charles Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Melody Mentzer of East Freedom, Dodi R. Krise of Imler, G. Stephen Miller of East Freedom and Lori K. Miller of Claysburg. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
