He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hartman and Alma Hartman (Hoover); his siblings, Donald, Robert Dean, Homer, Merle, Mildred Piper and Eleanore; and his daughter-in-law Cheryl.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey, Michael (Sherry), Dale (Brenda), Mark and Craig (Clarissa); his grandchildren, Carrie, Justin, Megan, Brielle and Colby; his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Austin; and his sister Norma Jean Nickum.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to the Claysburg Church of God Building Fund.
