He was predeceased by: his parents, Perle Neff and Martha Neff (Ritter). He is survived by: his sons, Josh, Jason, Dustin and Nick; his grandchildren, Madison, Rhys, Cameron, Cason, Blake, Alex and Elianna; and his siblings, Vergie Peters, Jimmy, William, Rex and Arthur. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
