He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva E Feathers and Violet Grace Feathers (Ritchey); his brothers, Wayne and Dale L.; and his sister-in-law Joy A. Feathers.
He is survived by: his brother Robert E. (Eileen); his nephew Matthew S. (Stacy) of Williamsburg; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Feathers of Claysburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
