He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarence and Anna Elizabeth Weyant (Robison); and his siblings, Shirley Jean Smith, Gloria Mae Ford, Janet Lee Campbell, William G. "Hillbilly" and Jonny Weyant.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Stetter (Boughamer); his children, Charles C. Weyant Jr. of Reynoldsdale, David W. Weyant (Lori) of Green Bay, WI and Cheryl Weyandt (Paul) of Imler; his stepchildren, Robert Stetter of Claysburg and Lisa Shawley (Ron) of Altoona; and his siblings, Robert Paul Weyant of Claysburg, Beverly Sue Sikora (Nick) of Beaverdale and Sharon Marie Patterson (Fred) of Claysburg. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, numerous great great grandchildren.
