She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Helsel; her son-in-law Jake Ebersole; and her sister Amy Knipmeyer. She is survived by: her mother Mildred Helsel (Shaw); her husband Barry Barnes; her daughters, Sarah Ebersole, Megan Clark (Travis) and Lindsey Hobaugh (Aaron); her grandchildren, Makenzie, Cara, Bailey, Landon, Aubrey, Maverick, Tenley and Ace; her siblings, Sue Burger (Jim), Patty Salyards (Charles), Christine Kabellar (Kevin), Kevin and Tim Helsel (Lisa); and her brother-in-law Jay Knipmeyer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to her church.
