It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathie Sue Dibert of Claysburg, Pennsylvania, born in Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Frederick and Carol Jean Eltman (Walter); and her son Rodney Garrett. She is survived by: her husband Rodney Dibert; her children, Joshua Eltman, Katie Clark (Bobby), Emily Musselman (Devon) and Jordan Dibert (Kalynn); her grandchildren, Kellee, Reyce, Lilly, Clarissa, Paisley and Audrey; and her close friends, Thom Burns and Michelle Wright.
