He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Leroy and Eva Belle Arrants (Haire); and his brother Terry Arrants. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Hesley; his brother Jimmy Arrants of North Carolina; and his stepchildren, Cher Chaney and Albert Hesley.
