He is survived by: his wife Linda Hall Bice of Clarksville; his daughter Trudy Lyn Cardinala (Ron) of Braddock; his grandchildren, Destiny, Jacob and Will Cremeans of Bidwell, Ohio; and his siblings, Sandra Young of Belmont, Paula Kinney of Scenery Hill, Sharon Gresham (Ed) of Portland, Helen Cochran of Bulger, Juanita Harless of Escalon, California, Walter "Bud" Bice of Fredericktown, Richard Bice (Aretta) of Charleroi and Melvin Bice of Clarksville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
