He was predeceased by: his parents, John Urban, and Margaret J. Urban, Sr. (Vargo); and his siblings, Margaret Skiles, Eleanor Urban, John Urban, Jr., Dolores Hillsman and Shirley O'Grady.

He is survived by: his sister Esther V. Alexander (Tex) of Hideaway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
